Accelerate is a public/private partnership comprising of vehicle manufacturers, first tier automotive suppliers, business support organisations, universities and industry bodies.

It has been investing in the future of the West Midlands automotive industry for many years now. It is currently investing £90 million in the West Midlands automotive supply chain.

The Accelerate program supports companies through the challenges of increased competition by introducing new ways of working and encouraging a world class culture of innovation, best practice and collaboration.

MLM won the award for our stock management system implemented at a first tier automotive supplier .

• Reduction of 52 suppliers to one.
• Designed an innovative storage system for packing.
• Created additional shop floor space to enable an increase in production.
